March and April were very important months during which the partners involved in the project carried out campaigns of various kinds aimed at encouraging participation in the upcoming European elections in June. Jointly with the partners, we decided to organize promotional activities aimed at encouraging participation in voting through various types of initiatives: slogans, participatory videos, thematic meetings, participation in events of various kinds and to include them for all intents and purposes as concluding activities of the participation journey at the local level.
Adopting the slogan “Use your vote to support democracy,” we involved dozens of young people in activities to raise awareness and share the importance of voting participation.
In February, on the seminar hosted in Cagliari, we involved all delegates in a flash mob organized by TDM 2000 International, with the contribution of TDM 2000 Malta, to promote participation in the European elections. The activity, part of a busy calendar of activities planned by the “Changemakers” project of which TDM 2000 International is the leader.
