Youth work is a cornerstone for fostering active participation, self-determination, and the recognition of young people’s contributions to society.
The project represents as a major advantage of international cooperation in youth work to have the chance to exchange and apply best practices. Everyone offered different perspectives and experiences, participants and youth workers were exposed to a variety of cultures, approaches, and problem-solving techniques. Mutual respect and understanding were fostered by this cultural exchange, which are vital traits in the connected world of today. Together, we obtained a wider understanding of youth concerns to be able to provide more comprehensive and inclusive solutions, greater impact, better materials and more comprehensive training programs were created by pooling resources across national boundaries.
Youth organizations around Europe can accomplish amazing results by exchanging best practices, enlarging horizons, and combining resources. Even though there are obstacles, they can be overcome with meticulous preparation and clear communication. The next steps are planned; we look forward to presenting the results…
